Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering or other related field
Well knowledge in improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TQM, etc
Minimum 7 years working experience in continues improvements / lean in manufacturing industries preferable from pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer goods, chemicals and similar industries
Strong communication skills in English, self driven and target oriented
Good time management, strong leadership, initiative, analytical thinking and multitasking
