• Minimum bachelor Degree in Engineering background
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in lean management from manufacture industries
• Good technical skills in lean implementation, continuous improvements, training and innovation, etc
• Able to communicate in English, detail oriented, good analytical thinking and equips with adequate leadership skills
