• Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background, preferable mechanical or electrical
• Minimum 4 years experiences in utility maintenance from manufacturer company or building maintenance
• Good technical skills in managing utility equipment such as air conditioning, compressor, waste water management, electricity, civil building, etc
• Hard worker, dynamic, able to work in a team member and good communication skills in English will be advantage
