Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Risk Management or similar field
  • Having more than 5 years of work experience as Risk Mitigation Manager or Process Excellence in the retail industry preferably
  • Must having good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
  • Having good ability in report and procedure writing skills and able to coordinate and manage process excellence projects
  • Should be a self-starter and able to work and manage projects and team independently
