• Male / female, minimum Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or other related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in technical, chemical formulation or research & development field from coating industries
• Good technical knowledge in product development, paint formulation, wood coatings, etc.
• Able to communicate in English, good analytical thinking, hard worker and able to work in a team member as well as individual
