- Minimum bachelor degree majoring in marketing, communication or related
- Minimum 1 year working experience in consumer goods or e-commerce company
- Have experience handle community or customer and experience in CRM field
- Have Experience managing acquisition, demand-generation, engagement, and retention focused programs using different tools
- Have a good analytical and quantitative skills, also ability to use customer research
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
