Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Mobile Communications.
  • Has 10 years leadership role in the areas of CVM or database marketing gathered from telecommunications, OTT, or financial services industry.
  • Strong expertise in customer journey includes but not limited to product benefits amplifications, engagement messages, cross sell, up sell, tariff migration, etc.
  • Good communication in English (both oral and written)
