Customer Service Manager- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 7 years of working experiences, with strong experiences in customer service management from manufacturing industries
- Good technical skills in customer service management starting from order processing, inventory control, shipping, export, complain handling and also familiar with SAP system
- Able to communicate in English, hard worker, detail oriented and has good interpersonal skills
