Customer Service Officer- Male/ Female, maximum 35 years old
- Associate/ Bachelor/ Master Degree from reputable university
- Have minimum 2 years of working experience to handle export and import process, customer complaints and document controls in related fields
- Experience in logistic or transportation industry is a must
- Fluent in English both oral and written
