GM- Bachelor degree majoring in any major
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role for around 5 years
- Have knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, IT, HR, Legal, operations, etc.)
- Experienced in retail F&B chain company
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
