GM Operation- Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university is preferable
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in top management level from ecommerce or logistic is preferable
- Good technical skills in managing delivery project and other operational performance management including cost control, business analysis, etc.
- Good communication skills in English, hard worker, good leadership skills, love challenges, analytical and strategical thinking
