Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Trade or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience as a senior business professional in an international customer service manufacturing environment, managing and leading a team
  •  At least 2 years of experience as a customer service manager
  • Having knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
  • Having knowledge and understanding of Integrated Management System for Safety, Security, Health & Environment (IMSU)
  • A 100% customer oriented mind-set in a depth understanding of sales and business operations
  • Having analytic skill and poses know-how
  • Familiar with SAP software and any other CRM systems
  • Excellent in English, written and verbal communication skill
  • Willing to travel when needed
