- Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Trade or Economics
- 3-5 years of experience as a senior business professional in an international customer service manufacturing environment, managing and leading a team
- At least 2 years of experience as a customer service manager
- Having knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
- Having knowledge and understanding of Integrated Management System for Safety, Security, Health & Environment (IMSU)
- A 100% customer oriented mind-set in a depth understanding of sales and business operations
- Having analytic skill and poses know-how
- Familiar with SAP software and any other CRM systems
- Excellent in English, written and verbal communication skill
- Willing to travel when needed
