Head of Site Development- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major, from reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences in site / outlet development & expansions from retail, entertainment, banking, etc
- Good technical skills in site sourcing, marketing analysis, feasibility study and good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, presentable, dynamic, good analytical and strategically thinking, high initiative, resourceful and good leadership skills
