HR Executive- Bachelor or Master in HR / Psychology or related
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the same role from any industry
- Strong expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Industrial relation, personal matters, training and performance management
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and Regulation
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)
