• Male / Female, Max 40 years old
• Bachelors Degree majoring in Psychological / HR / related
• Has minimum of 8 years experience in similar role from multinational and fast phase company
• Has well experience in talent management, manpower planning and people development
• Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
