Plant Manager- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering is preferable
- Minimum 8 years of total working experiences, with exposure in manufacturer company for chemical or paints products
- Good technical skills in overall factory management, production, manpower management and familiar with 5R, Lean manufacture, GMP, ISO implementation, etc.
- Good leadership skills, hard worker, dedicated and able to communicate in English is preferable
