- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in pharmaceutical manufacturer company with exposure in multinational company.
- Good technical skills in overall production management, manpower management and familiar handling sterile products.
- Good communication skills in English, strategic and analytical thinking, dedicated and good leadership skills.
