- Bachelor degree from any major from reputable university (Psychology major would be an advantage)
- Having minimum 4 years as recruiter from any industry with good ability to organize skills assessment center
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral)
- Excellent communication in English (Both verbal and written)
