Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university is preferable
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in managing operation strategy preferable from reputable, big size or holding company
  • Good technical skills in managing and planning operation strategy, risk management in order to achieve operational excellence and company target
  • Excellent communication skills in English, hard worker, good analytical and strategical thinking, dynamic, detail oriented and good leadership skills
