• Master Degree in any major from reputable University
• Male/Female, max. 42 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field with 3 years in managerial level
• Good experience in implement and develop SOP, leading team, provide training to team member
• Has good experience in dealing and communicate with insurance agent / brokers
• Fluent in English (Both oral and written)
