• Male/ Female max 45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in management or other related field, preferably having AAAIK certification
• Minimum 5 years working experience, with strong experience in sales and branch operation management preferable from insurance or other financial institution
• Able to communicate in English, loves challenges, good leadership skills, hard worker and able to think strategically
