Compensation and Benefit Supervisor- Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
- Has minimum 3 years of experience in similar role from any industry
- Experience in Management Consulting would be an advantage
- Strong expertise in rewards and benefits program & salary survey analysis
- Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
