CRM Head- Minimum bachelor degree preferred in any degree from reputable university
- 10 years of working experience with strong in customer relationship management or retail loyalty management
- Good knowledge in marketing and loyalty analytics
- Strong in communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
