- Bachelor Degree majoring in Economics
- Has minimum 5 years of experience in international customer service manufacturing environment
- Has at least 2 years experiences as customer service manager
- Good knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 15378 requirements and Integrated Management System for Safety, Security, Health & Environment
- Familiar with SAP software and any other CRM system
- Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
