Location: West Java
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Economics
  • Has minimum 5 years of experience in international customer service manufacturing environment
  • Has at least 2 years experiences as customer service manager
  • Good knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 15378 requirements and Integrated Management System for Safety, Security, Health & Environment
  • Familiar with SAP software and any other CRM system
  • Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
