• Male/Female, Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Min. 3 years of working experience in client or customer service field
• Has proven background in packaging industry is highly preferred (understand packaging artwork, printing, prepress)
• Good project management skills
• Excellent command in English, written & spoken.
