- Diploma or Degree – Hotel Management
- Responsible for sharing recipes and cooking tips with the customers on how the product should be used in various recipes
- Responsible for all types of food sampling and cooking demos inside the stores and for outdoor cooking demo sessions
- Delivering world class customer service experience and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Taking care of customer request and doing follow ups on the same to ensure closure,
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Ordering & Stock count at the end of every month, Taking care of expiry & damages
- Managing opening & closing shifts and maintenance of allotted section
