• Bachelor degree majoring in any major
• Male/Female, max. 45 years old
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, with 3 years in senior managerial level
• Experienced in agricultural and commodity company
• Good analytical thinking and communication skill
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
