GM Legal- Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in law from reputable university is preferable
- Minimum 10 years of total working experiences in legal field with exposure working in holding or asset management company
- Good technical skills in legal drafting and strategic legal management with exposure handling merger acquisition, legal opinion, compliance and others legal issue
- Good communication skills in English, good leadership skills, firm, hard worker, detail oriented and able to think analytically and strategically.
