Head of Production- Diploma / Bachelor Degree Majoring in pastry production / technic industry
- Has 5 years experienced in pastry/cake/bakery/biscuit/central kitchen hot food
- Has HACCP certification would be an advantage
- Has strong leadership skills and operation management
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)
