HR & IR Manager- Bachelor degree in any major, from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HRGA roles, preferable experience in manufacture industry
- Experience handle labour union, industrial relations, and performance management
- Experience working in small and medium size company
- Familiar with “UU Tenaga kerja & Cipta kerja”
- Have good problem solver and communication skills
- Fluent in English
