HRBP- Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in HR / Psychology / related
- Minimum 5 years of total experiences in related field from same industry
- Strong expertise in Man Power Planning, IR and project recruitment
- Has well experience in dealing with labor union
- Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
