IR Assistant Manager- Bachelor or Master in majoring in HR / Psychology / Law from reputable university
- Has at least 4 years of experience as IR specialist from multinational manufacturer company
- Strong expertise in IR matters, labour law and dispute
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)
