IR Supervisor - Manufacturing- Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Having extensive experience in industrial relation field
- Minimum 4 years experience in same position from manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge and experience in labor law, dealing with labor union and CLA
- Having good negotiation skills and well experienced in handling labor issues until dispute
- Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
