• Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years working experiences, with 5 years in senior manager positions
• Must have experience in agriculture, commodities or trading industries
• Good technical skill in overall business operation management including profit & loss management, business development and sales marketing field, etc
• Able to communicate in English, good leadership skills, analytical and strategically thinking, detail oriented, dynamic and able to work under pressure
