Operation Manager- Equips with educational background in food and beverages is preferable
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in f&b and kitchen end to end operation management
- Having exposure working as chef and familiar with kitchen operation, menu management, pricing, inventory, purchasing, capacity, etc
- Good leadership skills, loves challenges, adaptable and able to think analytically and strategically
