Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering, chemical or other related field
Minimum 7 years of total working experiences preferable from packaging or plastics manufacturer company
Good technical skills in product development / Research and development process starting from initiation until mass production
Able to communicate in English, hard worker, good analytical thinking and good leadership skills
