People and Culture Management- Bachelor or Master in majoring in HR / Psychology / Law from reputable university
- Has at least 4 years of experience in the same role from big manufacturer company
- Strong expertise in set up and transforming company culture
- Has good experience handling project culture and dealing with labour union
- Good communication in English (both oral and written)
