• Male / Female, Max 40 years old
• Bachelors Degree majoring in Psychological / HR / related
• Has minimum of 7 years experience in similar role from big multinational FMCG
• Has well experience in handling employer branding, manpower planning and assessment
• Good communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
