• Minimum degree in Agronomy from Technical High School or University
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in agricultural or agronomist field 
• Good technical skills in agronomist with well exposure in horticulture process including irrigation and fertigation 
• Good communication skills in English, discipline, dedicated, good leadership skills and hard worker
