Senior Sales Manager- Having 5 – 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical / Refining and Automotive industries
- A bachelor’s degree within a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other science based subject
- A master’s degree – with a technical subject or business administration / finance etc
- Must have great experience in identifying key contacts, building relationships and growing business
- Having very strong application and technical knowledge and is comfortable with delivering complete solutions and not just traditional product sales
- Experience in strong after-sales and selling value-added services to support product sales growth is desirable
- Ability to create sales proposals, aid in creating promotional campaigns and delivering value propositions in multiple formats
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in other sales development software such as CRM, SAP is a bonus
- Excellent English & Bahasa skills
