- Bachelor / Master degree in Accounting / related with professional qualification such as CA
- Experience minimum 8 years in finance role with 4 years in managerial role from Pharmaceutical industry
- Has strong attention to detail, process oriented, continuous improvement and good analytics
- Excellent communication in English (Both verbal and written)
- Experience in training for big data platforms – Cloudera, GE, SAS, etc
- Experience in developing curriculum and content for training requests
- Experience in conducting training need analysis
- Graduate from reputable university
- Graduate from business, mathematics, economics or accounting
- Experience in insurance industry minimum 3 years
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis with large data
- Intermediate or expert in Ms-Office Excel and Access
- 5 – 10 years experience in life insurance o client servicing preferred
- Strong technical background in .net, JAVA, J2EE, JCM, BPM, SOA Integration and Web Development
- 10 plus years experience in project management field
- Experience in handling external/vendor projects
- Good experience in people management
- Preferred BFSI domain candidates
- Experience minimum 10 years in finance role
- Graduate from reputable university, CPA is an advantage
- Strong exposure in collection and receivables management
- Experience working in company with huge numbers of customers
- Experience in finance control and operations
- Bachelor degree majoring in finance / accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years in managerial level
- Preferable from multinational manufacturing companies
- Excellent exposure of overall finance matters
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Bachelor Degree from Marketing, Engineering, IT, or any relevant study.
- Strong experience and knowledge in sales and customer service from similar industry or related.
- Results-oriented, problem solver and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English both verbal and written.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in IT / computer science /related field
- Having at least 2 years experience in the same role
- Having extensive experience in python 3.x, nginx, Jinja / dtl and windows environment
