Senior Sales Manager

  • Having 5 – 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical / Refining and Automotive industries
  • A bachelor’s degree within a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other science based subject
  • A master’s degree – with a technical subject or business administration / finance etc
  • Must have great experience in identifying key contacts, building relationships and growing business
  • Having very strong application and technical knowledge and is comfortable with delivering complete solutions and not just traditional product sales
  • Experience in strong after-sales and selling value-added services to support product sales growth is desirable
  • Ability to create sales proposals, aid in creating promotional campaigns and delivering value propositions in multiple formats
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in other sales development software such as CRM, SAP is a bonus
  • Excellent English & Bahasa skills

Application and Service Manager

  • 10 – 30 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical / Refining and Automotive industries
  • A strong technical background and many years of experience in an end user / MRO / operations background
  • Very strong application and technical knowledge and is comfortable with identifying site based solutions and fixing, maintaining fluid systems, instrumentation and plant equipment
  • Must be able to demonstrate having many years of experience in the field, on site and “hands on” in one of these majors: process or fluid technology based industries.
  • Must be comfortable talking about large commercial opportunities, project builds or site conversions and must also have a good technical understanding of applications and technology solutions
  • Ability to assemble equipment, install pipework, fabricate small assemblies, do welding, maintain sites, operate instrumentation, create P&IDs, conduct field repairs, troubleshoot systems is very important
  • Either an ex-pat assignment in a different country or a background in working in Western companies is desirable
  • Able to present to technical, operations and project based customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in other sales development software such as CRM, SAP is a bonus
  • Having good English communication skill

  • Min 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Having knowledge of Web & Mobile Application, Internet Communication, HTML5, Web and Content Analytics, user behavior, and SEO concept
  • Understanding & having experience in Media Industry is mandatory
  • Having programming, marketing & a product or services business model definition background will add a tremendous advantage

Banquet Sales Manager

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banquet Sales from hospitality, F&B, or other related industries
  • Good technical skills in B2B sales management

  • Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Trade or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience as a senior business professional in an international customer service manufacturing environment, managing and leading a team
